FAQs

Do you provide disabled access?
Yes, we offer disabled access as far as is practically possible within the constraints of a outdoor site so that everyone can enjoy the festival. Disabled loos and facilities are available in the Recreation Centre (50 metres) but reuire a key from the info tent.
Can I keep my festival glass?
Yes, of course. On arrival to the festival, you will need to purchase a festival glass and tokens - see ticket info.
Will a programme be available?
Yes, this is included with your entry pack.
What food will be available at the festival?
Food will be available from a variety of stalls at the festival. We will update our food page with details shortly
Do I have to be over 18 to attend?
Belbroughton Beer and Music Festival is an all age family festival. Under 18s are allowed on-site with a valid entrance ticket but are not allowed to buy alcohol (don't worry there are plenty of other options). Under 16s must be accompanied by a paying responsible adult and are given free entrance to the festival and free wrist bands which must be worn for the duration of the festival.
Is there a cash machine available?
There is a cash machine at the local village shop, however they do charge a nominal fee for cash withdrawals.
Are there soft drinks available at the festival?
Yes there will be an array of soft drinks available from the soft drinks bar. You will be able to purchase these with either the festival tokens or cash.
Will there be water to rinse my glass out?
There will be a water point available throughout the festival.
Is there a smoking area?
Yes, there is a dedicated outdoor smoking area.
Is it a cash bar at the festival, or am I required to purchase tokens?
No cash is taken at the bars and you will need to purchase tokens - see ticket info.
How much is a pint?
Visitors in previous years will know that we keep prices as reasonable as possible. Beers will be priced individually to reflect their strength (ABV).
Where can I find out what entertainment is taking place?

What time does the festival open / close?

Do children need a ticket?
Those under 16 years of age receive free entry with a paying responsible adult and will be given a young person wrist band which must be worn throughout the festival.

How do I get tickets?
Tickets can be purchased in advance from The Ticket Factory
Can I bring my dog to the festival?
Well behaved dogs are welcome at the festival but must be kept on a lead and may not enter the any of the indoor venues.
Can I bring a bike?
We encourage people to travel to the festival by bike, however, we do not allow bikes into the festival arena. Please find a safe space to secure your bike where it is not in the way of other festival goers.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of parking on the festival site. Please follow the signs to the festival car park on arrival. Please do not park on the road for the duration of the festival.
